Es claro que el paso del agua no correspondida molesta, sin embargo, fallas en impermeabilizaci\u00f3n pueden afectar las estructuras si no se tratan como corresponde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">La corrosi\u00f3n\u00a0del acero es el mayor e invisible problema. Tanto el hormig\u00f3n como estructuras 100% acero suben de corrosi\u00f3n si se ven constantemente sujetas a la presencia de agua. style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La poliurea pura es un pol\u00edmero sint\u00e9tico obtenido de la reacci\u00f3n de una diamina con un disocianato, esta reacci\u00f3n de polimerizaci\u00f3n es muy parecida a la del poliuretano, pero en el caso de la poliurea el enlace resultante es de tipo \u00aburea\u00bb, por esto es llamada poliurea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Con este enlace conseguimos que desde la estructura molecular se genere una insensibilidad a la humedad, lo que convierte a la poliurea\u00a0(siempre que sea pura) en la mejor membrana
